AB This article is a brief review of Mario Benedetti's exile literature, in its lyrical and narrative form. Then it focuses on the most relevant thematic and stylistic features of the exile novel, with particular emphasis on Andamios in order to prove its common features with other works, notably Primavera con una esquina rota.
